| The three different parcels are mixt in this wine. We use to drink these wines very young, up to sixteen months after bottling for the pleasure to drink the new wine, or to wait until 5 to 10 years with the real flavour of Savennières. | ||

| Each year we realize a Cuvée
Spéciale with the best part of the dry wine. It represents 15% of the production and it
usually comes from the parcel near the Coulée de Serrant. The Cuvée Spéciale unfiltered is exported to the United States. |

| We have produced
in 2000 a new type of wine with the grapes of the Hu-Boyau. The Hu-Boyau
is the oldest parcel of our wineyard. Its name means in old French 'over
the wood'. Actually, the Hu-Boyau is located over a wood growing over a
steep slope to the Loire. The wine is aged ni barrels during nine months. |

| When the grapes are too rich in
sugar to produce a dry wine, we realize a medium or mellow wine. It happens during hot and
sunny summers like 1947, 1959, 1990... It's the kind of wine we formerly produced. We drink it on foie gras, desert, or aperitif. |
