Hu Boyau

We have produced in 2000 a new Savennières wine with grapes from the plot Hu-Boyau, which means in old French “par delà le bois” (beyond the wood), located right after a wood overhanging the Loire river.

It is the oldest plot of our vineyard, planted in 1960, with very low yields but concentrated grapes. The wine ages in oak barrels during nine months.
